He is renowned for his visionary planning and implementation strategies across district, regional, national, and international levels, adept at both initiating startups and steering established businesses across a diverse range of products and services. His executive roles have spanned senior management consulting relationships with companies in consumer health and wellness, and wholesale/retail technology systems, achieving record sales from inception to stability. Redmayne's hands-on, motivational management style is credited with building and retaining successful relationships across team members, distributor networks, and manufacturer representatives. His career also includes significant achievements with Fortune 100 and 500 companies, where he excelled in identifying opportunities for accelerated growth. As the founder of a boutique management consulting firm, he has bridged the gap between conventional and direct sales strategies, enhancing sales and marketing structures for clients across North America and Europe.

Eric Swaim | COO

Eric Swaim has carved a successful career in network marketing since 1996, building organizations with over 60,000 distributors and generating millions in monthly sales. A consistent six-figure earner since 2006 and a seven-figure industry earner, Swaim has mentored many to financial success. His corporate contributions to several network marketing companies since 2010, coupled with his ownership of traditional businesses, underscore his versatile business acumen.

David Hunter | President

David Hunter has been an advocate for the healing benefits of Marine Phytoplankton since 2006, driven by a personal healing journey and the positive changes he has witnessed in others. His work with leading growers and scientists has led to significant innovations in phytoplankton nutrition and related fields. Residing in Canada, Hunter's interests extend to golf, drumming, gardening, playing pool, and restoring classic cars.

Sarah Upchurch | SVP Business Development

Sarah Upchurch has been a stalwart in the healthcare industry since 1987, with a deep commitment to aiding others. Her journey in network marketing began over two decades ago, fueling her passion for helping individuals achieve success and personal freedom. Upchurch's career is marked by building large teams and holding numerous management positions, always with a focus on helping others reach their goals. She is excited to contribute to the Blugenics Team, aiming to help others achieve their dreams through the program.

Robert Thompson | VP of Finance

Robert Thompson brings a wealth of experience from the environmental, medical, and nuclear power industries. His 18-year tenure as a design engineer led to significant advancements in nuclear gamma ray scintillation detectors and monitors. Thompson's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found CalBay Controls, which he took public, and later Atlantis Holdings, focusing on reducing automotive emissions and trading carbon credits. His recent work includes developing a Micro Oxy-Hydrogen Fuel Cell, underscoring his commitment to addressing climate change.

Kara Bush | Director of Customer Care / Service

Kara Bush has nearly two decades of experience on the corporate side of direct sales, MLM, and network marketing companies. She is proficient in various software, phone systems, and back-office technologies essential for company operations and affiliate engagement. Bush is passionate about the Blugenics team and its revolutionary products, believing strongly in the company's direction and the timeliness of its market entry. Her role emphasizes personality, approachability, and a personal touch to the Blugenics brand.

Christopher Corey | Co Master Distributor

Christopher Corey has been a distinguished figure in sales and marketing for 29 years. As a former National Sales Trainer in the merchant account industry, he was recognized as Salesman of the Year for two consecutive years before transitioning to the role of National Sales Trainer, where he managed corporate accounts and secured the company's first nationally recognized franchise group. Christopher has trained thousands of salespeople and built extensive direct sales teams. He also consults on compensation plans and presentation development. A husband and father of four, he is actively exploring the potential of artificial intelligence in internet marketing and has a firm grasp of blockchain technology.

Anthony Martin | Co Master Distributor

Anthony Martin served in the Coast Guard for four years, where he gained invaluable experience and discipline. After his service, he embarked on a journey as a serial entrepreneur, never holding a conventional job or punching a clock, with his career defined by innovation and leadership across various industries. His most notable role was as Vice President of Sales in the merchant account industry, where he successfully led his team to achieve record-setting figures, managing over 2,000 accounts and driving significant monthly revenue. Anthony's expertise spans all facets of sales, including inside and outside sales as well as customer service, and he is highly skilled in expanding territories, developing new accounts, and consistently setting high sales records.
